The Spokane Symphony’s “Fairy Tales and Fables” brings a mix of orchestral music, dance, vocals and stories to The Fox on Sunday, January 24, 2027. Along with selections from Frozen and The Nutcracker, the program features other familiar classics. Spokane Elite Dance will make a special appearance, joined by local musicians.

Before the 2PM performance, children can explore crafts, play games and try instruments in an instrument petting zoo. The family concert is designed for ages 5-12, and the venue opens its doors at 1PM. The Fox is located at 1001 W Sprague Ave in Spokane.

Small clutches measuring 6 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches are exempt from the venue’s visual bag checks. Other bags may be inspected, while large bags must remain at the North Gallery Coat Check during the event. Ticket purchases cannot be refunded, and every sale is final. Tickets are available through the box office at 509-624-1200. On concert days, the ticket office opens two hours before the performance and remains open through intermission. A package covering all three Family Series performances is also available.
